Construction Site Assistant (BSA) – digital tool for construction site planning.

The Construction Site Assistant (BSA) combines planning, security, documentation and resource allocation in one application – clear, secure and mobile.

Once construction sites have been entered in SAP, their data are transferred via interfaces to the Construction Site Assistant (BSA) for further processing. This is where the construction managers carry out the specific planning and the subsequent assignment of resources, such as personnel or rolling stock, is carried out by the resource planners.

In addition, BSA Mobile allows all employees to see their currently assigned shifts and therefore always be informed about their next assignments. An integrated review of the Working Hours Act (WHA) also enables various regulations such as night or weekend work to be continuously monitored.

Advantages.

  • Less coordination effort: Construction site planning and resource scheduling are carried out centrally via one tool.
  • Greater security: Standardized processes simplify operation and minimize errors.
  • Efficient resource planning: Resource planners plan faster and more transparently.
  • Compliance with the Working Hours Act: The integrated WHA check ensures compliance with regulations.
  • Mobile use: Employees can view their shift schedules on mobile devices.
