Get to know the many sides of SBB.

During your graduate internship, you can expect challenging work in a sector suited to you. You will take on responsibility for important tasks in innovative projects or conceptual topics. A framework programme also gives you the opportunity to familiarise yourself with the diversity of SBB's operations and exchange experiences with other higher education interns.

What we have to offer.

Graduate internships in various different sectors with attractive salaries (before completion of bachelor's degree: CHF 2,800; after completion of bachelor's degree: CHF 3,800; after completion of master’s degree: CHF 4,800 working at 100%). Once we are better acquainted with your skills and interests, we will help you look for a suitable entry position at SBB.

From graduate internships in traditional areas such as marketing, finance, HR, IT and strategy and technical areas such as maintenance, network development, energy, construction projects and mechanical engineering, right through to ones in innovative and renowned SBB projects, we offer you a wide range of possibilities.

What you can offer.

You have ideally successfully completed at least four semesters of your studies and are now looking to gain professional experience. You are ambitious, know what sectors interest you and would like to work for us for a number of months.

Application process.

Three times a year, you have the opportunity to apply to work with us at the following percentages: 100% for 6 months; 80% for 7 months; 60% for 10 months; 50% for 12 months; 100% for 1 year (in exceptional cases). Further information on the application process can be found below.
