Travel sales agent.

Your position as a travel agent (regional services).

Working at our sales counters, you will be helping our demanding customers in all matters of travel on public transport and enjoy selling the diverse products and offers making up our range of services: whether you are selling a GA or Half-Fare travelcard, tickets for a trip up the Jungfraujoch with timetable information in English, travelling to Paris by TGV, a concert ticket or a cash transfer abroad, you will always be providing our customers with the best service. You are also the contact for our passengers if something doesn't go quite as planned.

Your working hours.

You will be working variable working hours with some shifts at weekends. Part-time positions are available to staff members who have completed the full training programme.

Your profile.

You have commercial school training or a comparable qualification and experience in direct customer contact (e.g. retail, the hotel business, airlines or similar). You are also a self-starter with a communicative personality who remains calm even in hectic situations. With your pronounced customer focus, you will meet our customers' expectations in German, French and English.

Your training.

You will receive a six-month training course in both theory and practice.

Your area of activity.

You will be working at one of our 180 or so SBB stations.

Your career perspective.

You will have several career development opportunities in the sales function, and, depending on your interests and abilities, you may also transfer to a train crew unit.
