We are continuing to work on online booking of international journeys in the new web shop. And we are therefore gradually reducing the products available in the previous ticket shop.
Manual cost allocations are not possible when booking multiple tickets. And a tip from us: make international bookings for all passengers travelling together at once and divide up the costs internally. For international bookings not available online, please contact the Business Travel Service Center.

Please note that, from now on, refunds for all international journeys are only possible before departure of the booked service. Requests for refunds must always be made over the phone. To do so, please contact the Business Travel Service Center (0848 111 456, Mon-Fri, 8am to 5.30pm). Outside of business hours and at the weekend, please contact the SBB Contact Center on 0848 44 66 88.
