All the participants were able to enjoy a delightful programme thanks to the cooperation with Trenitalia, Bologna Welcome, Parma City of Gastronomy and ENIT (Italian centre for tourism). Over the three days, those taking part tested the Frecciarossa trains from Trenitalia, admired the beauty of Bologna and Parma on guided tours and enjoyed local specialities. One of the highlights of this trip was undoubtedly the traditional homemade pasta course served up in a cosy living room.
