Cause:
A common reason is that the invitation was sent to a different email address or another user in your company than the one you are currently logged in with. Another reason may be that your user account within your organisation does not have the required role “Access Proposals and Contracts”.
Solution:
Check user: Ensure that you are logged in with the correctly invited user. Otherwise, please ask the SBB Procurement Services team at einkauf.services@sbb.chLink opens in new window. to send the required link to the questionnaire or tender to the desired user.
Assign roles: Ask the administrator of your Ariba account to check your user profile. Under Company Settings > Users, your name must be assigned the role for access to tenders and questionnaires.
Switch module: If after login you only see orders/invoices, click on “Business Network” in the top left and select “Ariba Proposals and Questionnaires”. There you will find all tenders and questionnaires centrally in one place.
