Communication.

SBB is committed to dialogue, and the Communications Unit gives the company its voice, face and image.

The work of the Communications Unit is interdivisional, leading both internal and external communications and advising the other SBB business units. Through integrated communications bringing the different threads together in the newsroom, our messages to employees, customers and the media always come from one source.

The Communications Unit is also responsible for public relations and for maintaining dialogue with all relevant stakeholders.

Another responsibility of the Communications Unit is to lead, cultivate, and protect the SBB brand. With its ‘live experiences’ it appeals to the emotions and highlights what makes SBB unique.

The management.
