Passenger attendant: Be the face of SBB.

Each day, thousands of people use SBB to travel to work, on holiday or to visit their family. It is important to us that each and every one of them feels comfortable while they are with us.

SBB's ambassadors.

You make a huge contribution to safety and passenger comfort. Depending on which area you work in, you make information announcements, provide face-to-face information, inspect trains to ensure they are clean and fit for service, inspect tickets, survey passenger numbers, provide assistance when there are disruptions and implement safety standards.

Which is the right path for you?

We all have many diverse capabilities. Some of us are good with people and keep our cool in hectic situations, while others are more interested in the technical side of things and enjoy working precisely. And people have different preferences when it comes to working hours too. While some are looking for a full-time job, others prefer part-time work. To give everyone a chance to use their skills individually at SBB, we offer three different versions of the job. All three come with attractive benefits and development opportunities. What's more, you will receive full pay while you are training.
