The training programme lasts between six and ten months, depending on your working time percentage, and is ideal for people returning to work or those changing careers.

You guide our customers step by step to find the solution to their questions about our digital products. From operating the SBB app to reserving seats. Thanks to you, our customers can travel safely to their chosen destination. You use your specialist knowledge and experience to independently sell national and international services. You are strongly committed to our customers during sales conversations and actively provide information about further SBB offers.

Expertise and linguistic prowess.

With patience and empathy, you are able to put yourself in the customers’ shoes. However, it is your expertise that enables a high level of customer satisfaction. Your affinity for digital products and solutions supports you. Thanks to your talent for languages and communication, you are able to switch between different languages at any time. Whether on the phone, via e-mail or on social media, you always choose the right tone.

Training in detail.

Training programmes to be a Customer Consultant at the Contact Center Brig start each month, and the duration depends on your chosen working time percentage.

  • 6 months at 100% working time
  • 7 months at 90% working time
  • 8 months at 80% working time
  • 9 months at 70% working time
  • 10 months at 60% working time

During this time, you can take holiday either during the practical month or in weeks when there are no lessons (e.g. on public holidays and every 5th week of the month).

After successfully completing the programme, you can start your employment with the same working time percentage or adapt it flexibly in consultation with your team leader.

How training is organised.

The modular training programme is made up of different forms of teaching and learning: the theory blocks focus on giving information and exchanging ideas, while self-directed learning allows you to develop your knowledge regardless of location.

Each module is completed with an exam. Training days take place during office hours. On the remaining days you work practical training shifts between early morning and evening. This will ensure you have practical training and preparation for your employment.

The course is varied and offers you the opportunity to learn new things. This makes it easy for you to return to the world of work. You complete the secondary training to become a Customer Consultant Contact Center Brig by taking a final examination.
