The present regulations apply in addition to the general legal provisions of sbb.ch. We would be pleased to have you put a link to our timetable pages on your websites and integrate the link into your own pages.
Please note the following conditions:
The integration of the SBB timetable on websites is permissible when:
The design of the link is taken over in the manner defined and generated by SBB AG. In the event of a linkage, please note that the content and navigation are subject to change.
The target page with the timetable information (result pages) is displayed in a new window without being placed in a frame.
The arrangement of the link makes it clear that it involves a link and the linkage is made in a conspicuous location.
The timetable information remains unchanged at all times and is not offered in a separate design with your company logo, corporate colours and/or other graphic elements as part of your company’s specific online presence and identity.
Copyright notices (e.g. SBB AG) and other legally protected designations are not removed.
The timetable information is destined for non-commercial use and information purposes only. Reproductions (in whole or in part), transmission (electronically or otherwise), modification, linkage or other use of the timetable information for commercial purposes are inadmissible.
The web page on which the link shall be set does not violate any legal provisions, restrictions imposed by the authorities or court interdictions and remains compatible with the reputation and values of SBB AG.
The linkage does not impinge on trademarks of SBB AG, irrespective of their form, and does not violate provisions of trademark law or competition law. You must refrain from using any of our logos, individual text links or other graphic elements from our websites, as this would be subject to an additional authorisation from SBB AG.
SBB AG reserves the right to refuse a linkage without having to provide a statement of reasons. In addition, we reserve the right to amend these conditions of use as needed.
The Partner undertakes to integrate the provided tracking parameters independently and to pass them along when redirecting to the SBB timetable.
The Partner shall inform SBB of the widget’s placement on the website and of any changes to that placement.
Legal notice.
The integration of the timetable into your website does not create a legal relationship nor a legal claim to the SBB services described.
