The train-control centre Central controls the Central Plateau including the cities of Basel, Bern, Lucerne and Olten as well as access to the two NRLA axes (New Rail Link through the Alps) “Gotthard” and “Lötschberg”. At the heart of it all is the control room, with over 100 workstations in operation. A total of 350 employees work at TCC Central.
