SBB Infrastructure offers facilities at selected locations that can be handed over to terminal operators for transshipment by combined transport. Through appropriate contracts we grant the relevant long-term usage rights in exchange for compensation and, in particular, define maintenance obligations. Contract award is subject to regular traffic volume. The transshipment sidings are designated sidings under the federal law on freight transport (GüTG).
