Stage 1: Planning.

SBB uses BIM to tender planning services for construction projects from the preliminary project phase onwards.

The documents and concepts required for this are described below. The content of the tender documents changes with BIM. The documents and the structure for offers remain basically the same.

SBB regularly updates the project templates and makes them available here for guidance purposes. The documents available here are examples for illustrative purposes. The documents published as part of the projects are authoritative for SBB’s BIM projects. Consequently, please do not use the basic information presented here in projects.
