The BIM check plan for building models is an Excel file with various sheets.

These sheets contain all the data quality check rules that SBB and the contractor apply to the discipline-specific model.

BIMCheckTemplate.

SBB uses this template to check the data quality of the discipline-specific models. It is completed by the contractor and by SBB.

Before a check is carried out, SBB and the contractor adapt the BIM check plan to the specific project. It serves as a checklist for checking the data quality of the models, particularly with regard to formal requirements. At the same time, SBB checks the planning content, as in conventional projects.
