Are there contractual requirements?
The contractual basis of the collaboration is constituted by the system and distribution contract. You will receive this by post.
Are there usage fees?
No.
Which payment options are available?
Payment is only possible by invoice with a payment slip or by direct debit. A security deposit in the form of a cash payment or bank guarantee is required. Payment by credit card is not possible.
In what format will I receive the ticket sold via AgentClient?
You can select the format from three options:
- PDF: the ticket must be printed and shown on the train.
- PNG: the ticket is shown on a smartphone on the train and cannot be printed out.
- PK-Pass: the ticket can be imported into the Apple Wallet or Passbook.
- You also have the option of purchasing the ticket in all three formats.
Which languages are available?
The system language is available in German and English. Ticket printing is also available in French and Italian.
Can purchased tickets be accessed again?
Tickets can be retrieved multiple times and in different forms.
Which passenger details are printed on a ticket and must be provided?
Surname, first name and date of birth of the passenger(s).
