Performance Camp.
This is an offer designed for management teams looking to further develop. These camps are targeted in particular at teams who enjoy tackling challenges and challenging the status quo. The teams have access to an internal coach on two days. The coach offers participants the opportunity to work intensively on the topics of strategy, performance and collaboration. And personalised topics can also be tackled.
Digital knowledge platform.
Technical experts have collated rail expertise into a digital knowledge platform, making it accessible to all employees. Employees and managers share their expertise in posts, network in active online communities or in training and continued education programmes, and discuss topics such as integrated rail, punctuality or timetables and services. In this way, SBB ensures that specialist knowledge and particularly specific rail expertise is retained, continuously updated and constantly enriched within the company.
