By establishing a Service Center for the processing of incoming invoices, SBB has set itself the goal of optimising the invoice processing procedure, as well as identifying and avoiding the challenges that timely invoice processing presents at an early stage.

SBB provides various channels for receiving invoices, with varying degrees of digitalisation and integration. For environmental reasons, we ask you to avoid sending invoices by post wherever possible and instead to submit invoices via the interface or by e-mail (PDF).
