You can now receive this information more quickly and without having to contact us directly. If you enter your invoice details in the form below, we will verify these details and you will receive a reply e-mail to the address provided containing relevant information about the invoice processing status.
Please be aware that as of 15 February 2022, we no longer accept invoices that have been incorrectly addressed to ‘Accounts Passenger Division’.
This division is now divided into two separate divisions: Passenger Services Production and Passenger Services Markets.
