The control panel for your hotel room is next to the entry door. On it, you can adjust the light, blinds and temperature.
Temperature.
The temperature in the hotel is controlled centrally. You can adjust it manually by allowing the inflow of different air temperatures.
The ventilation temperature is adjusted on the lower dial. The default position is at the new moon symbol. For a higher temperature, turn the dial towards the full moon position. For a lower temperature, turn the dial down. It takes several hours to adjust the ventilation temperature.
Windows.
The windows can be opened with the lever. However, this is unnecessary because the modern building management system allows an automatic inflow of fresh air.
Blinds.
If you like it dark, the blackout blinds can be operated using the middle row of switches. The button with the down arrow lowers the blinds. The button with the up arrow raises the blinds. From a certain wind speed, the blackout blind raises automatically for safety reasons and can no longer be operated manually.
For energy reasons, the sun blinds align themselves automatically based on the position of the sun and cannot be operated manually.
Light.
The lights can be switched on and off using the top row of switches. One switch activates the light in the wet room and the other operates the light in your hotel room.
Mosquitoes.
Due to its location by the lake, there are usually more mosquitoes in Murten than you might be used to. Since the building is listed, it is prohibited to install mosquito screens. Thanks to the modern building technology and the automatic fresh air supply, you do not need to open the windows. However, if you still find a mosquito in your room, you can get a mosquito plug from reception.
Pillows and down allergy.
