SBB AG, Hilfikerstrasse 1, 3000 Bern 65 is responsible for data processing. If you have any questions, please contact the relevant project managers. Do you have any questions about a current construction project? You will find the relevant contact details of the SBB project managers for each construction project. 

Purpose of data processing.

SBB uses the personal data of local residents to communicate with them. The aim is to reliably process all enquiries – from general questions to complaints about the construction project concerned. Your data will only be stored if you actively contact SBB and send us an enquiry.

Processed data categories.

First name and surname, e-mail address or telephone number (to distinguish between people with the same surname) and your enquiry (e-mail, notes from a telephone call, letter).

Data recipient and storage location.

The data is stored by our IT service provider in Switzerland or the EU. In any case, the data is only used by SBB for internal purposes and access is restricted to the relevant project managers. All data is deleted at the end of the construction project. Responsibility lies with the SBB project managers concerned.
