The size of the XL Room allows you to customise the design and use of the room. The large room offers four projection options and its own microphone system. The package also includes 3 headsets, 3 stick microphones, 2 flip charts, 2 pin boards and presentation equipment. Additional technology such as interpretation equipment is available on request.

The enormous space can be divided into two L-size rooms using the centre partition wall. A personalised break buffet can be set up for you either in the room itself or in the nearby networking zone.
