Centre Loewenberg is located in a lovely area surrounded by greenery right on the linguistic border between German- and French-speaking Switzerland. It is possible to travel here by rail or road from anywhere in Switzerland.

By train.

Centre Loewenberg is well connected to the public transport network (five minutes by foot) thanks to the Muntelier-Löwenberg station (request stop).

By car.

Parking is provided subject to a charge in the 128 parking spaces outside the traffic-free site (five minutes by foot). Parking fees: CHF 1/hour, max. CHF 8/day; payment via TWINT, popular parking payment apps or with coins. Access by code is permitted only for loading/unloading goods.

There are two charging stations for electric cars available on site.

By motorbike.

Covered motorbike parking spaces are located outside the traffic-free site (five minutes by foot) and available free of charge.

By bicycle.

Bicycles can be safely stored at the back of the hotel pavilion or in the bicycle room.

The hotel rooms (144 single rooms and 24 double rooms) are located in buildings E and F. 

If you notify us about a check-in outside these opening hours, we will explain the check-in procedure to you.

The reception is located in main building B. In the case of low or very high numbers of guests on campus, the opening hours may vary slightly.

Out of respect for the other guests, we kindly ask you not to make any noise after 10pm.

There are shops located around 750 metres away. The nearest ATM is in Murten.

The badge entitles you to eat in the restaurant and grants you access to your hotel room. Please return the badge to reception after you have your last meal with us.

You need your SBB badge to eat in the restaurant. Once it has been activated at the pillar in reception, your badge will also open your hotel room for you.

By entering your mobile phone number, you can access the internet free of charge.

Idyllic location.

Centre Loewenberg is located in a beautiful park that offers the perfect location to sit back and relax. You can recharge your batteries after your event. Take a dip in the refreshing Lake Murten, work up a sweat while jogging and doing laps of the fitness trail or simply enjoy a cosy atmosphere relaxing together. With us, the world is your oyster.

We have our own water source and our seminar rooms have a fresh water tap. You can make a valuable contribution to reducing waste by using a refillable water bottle.

Even though we are very fond of our four-legged friends, dogs are unfortunately not allowed in the seminar area (buildings A, B, C and M). Assistance dogs and police dogs are excepted from the rule.

Dogs are allowed to stay in a double room in the hotel with our prior written consent. A flat rate will be charged for additional cleaning.

Dogs must be kept on a leash everywhere on the Centre Loewenberg grounds.

The seminar rooms, one toilet in the main building, the restaurant and two double rooms are accessible. The manor is unfortunately not accessible.

In case of evacuation, follow the escape route plans and head to the assembly point without delay. The defibrillator can be found on the ground floor of pavilion E. Medical supplies are available at reception
