Thanks to you, our customers can travel safely to their chosen destination. You use your specialist knowledge and experience to independently sell national and international services. You are strongly committed to our customers during sales conversations and actively provide information about further SBB offers.

Your affinity for digital products and solutions supports you. Thanks to your talent for languages and communication, you are able to switch between different languages at any time. Training in detail.

Training as a Contact Center Brig Customer Consultant begins several times a year and lasts twelve months. This is followed by your second training in Brig on a 60% part-time basis, on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

The training is structured in modules; you complete each module by taking an exam. Training days take place during office hours and on the remaining days you work practical training shifts between early morning and evening. This means you are trained and well-prepared for your responsibilities in a practical way. The course is varied and offers you the opportunity to learn new things. This makes it easy for you to return back to the world of work. You complete the secondary training to become a Customer Consultant Contact Center Brig by taking a final examination. 

After successful completing the programme, you work at 60% for one year, after which you are free to determine your own work load; from 40%, you can achieve great things with us. Regular part-time days, fixed shifts or days with adapted working hours can be planned in consultation with supervisors.
