Training in detail.

Your training as a Customer Consultant Contact Center Brig begins at the start of November 2021 and lasts nine months. The programme starts full-time with a two-week block week. Your further training course in Brig will then begin at 60%, on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursday.

The training is structured in modules; you complete each module by taking an exam. Training days take place during office hours and on the remaining days you work practical training shifts between early morning and evening. This means you are trained and well-prepared for your responsibilities in a practical way. The course is varied and offers you the opportunity to learn new things. This makes it easy for you to return back to the world of work. You complete the secondary training to become a Customer Consultant Contact Center Brig by taking a final examination. 

After successful completing the programme, you work at 60% for one year, after which you are free to determine your own work load; from 40%, you can achieve great things with us. Regular part-time days, fixed shifts or days with adapted working hours can be planned in consultation with supervisors.
