The BEP template describes the required content, structure, chapters and their sequence in the BEP – Project. This is why the BEP template is also part of the contract.

The contractor only compiles the BEP – Project after the project has started. The contractor does not have to compile a BEP – Project to submit an offer.

Only the supporting documents listed in the tender forms (document F1 SBB Infrastructure) are relevant for the tender. The BEP – Project is therefore not part of the contract.
