Passenger attendant for ticket inspection.

As a passenger attendant for ticket inspection, you are in face-to-face contact with our passengers.

I love being in contact with people in different languages while travelling around Switzerland.

Vocational trainer of Passenger Attendance, running enthusiast with a soft spot for exciting books.

Like all passenger attendants, you are the face of SBB. As an obliging host, you give passengers your attention with a friendly smile – regardless of whether it’s early in the morning or late at night.

Since you do not have to worry about safety-related duties, you are free to fully concentrate on the passengers.

Your tasks.

  • Inspecting tickets and obtaining the personal details of passengers who do not have a valid ticket.
  • Providing information to our passengers, e.g. on-board announcements about connecting trains.
  • If passenger numbers are high, you will be responsible for directing passengers at stations.
  • When working on board trains, you help ensure quality by checking comfort, climate and cleanliness.

Do something great.
