Software Architect: Help us forge the future of Swiss mobility.

As a software architect at SBB, you plan, create and share application architectures for a complex application landscape in an agile environment.

When it comes to the implementation stage, you are responsible for providing a sustainable and operable architecture. You bring momentum to our modern application landscape through technical innovations. With agile methods in mind, you exploit all the possibilities offered by our standardised technology stacks to operate applications securely in the cloud. As an independent and motivated individual with a focus on action, you get very actively involved in making innovative use of information technology, including artificial intelligence, to help shape the mobility of the future.

In IT, you can use an entrepreneurial mindset and your own initiative to organise your work yourself. That’s what makes my job so unique.

Thomas Siegrist

Architecture development.

Working with our railway specialists, you develop digital solutions for the future of mobility. You are given full creative freedom to define and share architectural solutions for our agile teams. We are looking for independent, motivated individuals who like to take action and are keen to develop both on a personal level and as part of our organisation.

Architecture consulting and implementation.

You offer our teams advice and support on implementing and further developing our company standards. You provide impetus for innovation without losing sight of the big picture when it comes to our IT strategy and architecture.
