Passenger Attendant: Be the face of SBB.

As a passenger attendant, you interact with our passengers directly as you accompany them on their journey. A friendly greeting in the morning is just as important here as the provision of accurate information. Every time you interact with our passengers, you make a key contribution to the achievement of one of our most important goals, which is to ensure our customers remain happy and satisfied.

I use my knowledge and experience to make sure our customers feel good every day, and they make me feel good as well – that’s how we keep Switzerland on the move together.
