Innovation coach: recognising development potential.

Your curiosity for new things is a part of each phase of your work. Your goal-oriented coaching gets projects under way, drives them ahead and thus makes a major contribution to the company.

Uncovering innovation potential every day.

Innovation knows no routine. That’s why a varied and inspiring day’s work awaits you. You approach your work in an agile, fresh, flexible and yet practical way every day. This is because your primary goal is to achieve results quickly and cost-effectively. In all situations, you recognise where an innovation or project requires your support: you skilfully sound out potential using innovation methods. You monitor and give impetus to these processes, offer advice, host workshops and develop prototypes together with your stakeholders.

Focus on innovation.

You work hand in hand on a daily basis with experts and stakeholders from various specialist units. You see interdisciplinary approaches as an opportunity, and support the specialist units in their development. As a team, you pursue the same goal: to keep pace with the times and actively shape the future of Swiss mobility based on customer requirements. As only agile, diverse and enthusiastic teams can achieve great things.

International inspiration.

Our innovation coaches look for innovative technologies and solutions as well as suitable development partners across the globe with the aim of introducing new technologies and creating fresh opportunities at SBB. For this reason, innovation coaches work for SBB in Shanghai, Tel Aviv and Silicon Valley. They seek inspiration locally and decide which visions of the future are of interest to SBB, sharing their newly acquired specialist knowledge in regular exchanges with the Swiss innovation team.

Do something great.
