As a Process and Data Manager at SBB, you are responsible for standardising and harmonising financial and business processes as the main point of contact for divisions, group-level units and IT. You drive the development and optimisation of processes together with the specialist units. You also identify best practices and minimise complexity in the company.

Process management: Efficiency through harmonisation.
Working with the business process owners, you are committed to structuring the businesses processes with efficiency in mind. Harmonisation, standardisation and a high level of transparency form a key part of this work, which focuses on mapping the processes in SAP in the best possible way. You actively shape the transfer of knowledge within SBB and help to build up outcome-oriented expertise.
Data management: Consultancy and support.
You drive the development and optimisation of business processes together with the specialist units. You advise and support the management team and the owners of the business processes in developing processes. You define standards with an eye to harmonising and optimising procedures and put them into practice. You are responsible for the requirements management for the process IT tools, ensure second-level support is available, and train superusers.
